The Growth is Real.
2021 was a year of exponential growth, for our clients and for Begin Development. When I first launched Begin Development in 2019, the dream was to help people grow in leadership no matter their level. Nothing is more gratifying than helping a client accelerate and achieve their goals, whether those are individual or company-wide.
I have goals, too. Audacious goals. Goals that make me uncomfortable. Do you know the crazy thing that keeps happening with goals, mine, and clients? Repeatedly, they are achieved faster and bigger than originally imagined. One of mine is to build an exceptional team that would allow me, allow us, to provide more opportunities for clients. I wanted a band of highly-experienced experts and cultural trailblazers, whose unique strengths would contribute to our clients' needs. And who, of course, are leaders who lead with heart! I am pumped to share with you that this is the year in which we reached this goal!!
With the addition of this expanded team, we are excited to continue to provide exceptional service but now at a capacity to reach even more individuals and teams.
